  • While we have now closed our formal funding round, where we raised over £750k, we have a limited top-up window for £250k for select investors.

  • Yes. We successfully raised £250k in 2024 from angel investors. This raise was designed to enable strategic spends to put us in a strong position for growth from 2025 onwards. This has been a success which is why we are now entering our planned growth round.

  • This is an equity raise. Any money raised will be in return for equity in Nature Broking.

  • The raise is now closed but the top-up period ends at the end of June 2026

  • The raise is to supercharge our growth as the the market opportunity is now and we have positioned well to capture it. Specifically there are three strategic focus areas that the raise will finance:

    1. Expand and capture more of our core market in the UK

    2. Take our successful model proven in the UK and launch in Europe

    3. Develop further our AI enabled due diligence framework

    Achieving these three aims will require spend on personnel and some tech to unlock bottlenecks, expand revenue and scale.
