The information, products, and services provided by Nature Broking Ltd (Nature Broking) in connection with voluntary carbon credits are for environmental and sustainability purposes only. Nothing contained in Nature Broking’s communications, presentations, or offerings should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Carbon credits and related services offered by Nature Broking do not constitute securities, financial instruments, or investment products, and should not be treated as such. By engaging Nature Broking’s services or purchasing any products from Nature Broking the client warrants they will use such services and products for environmental purposes only.

Any purchase of carbon credits or participation in projects through Nature Broking is made solely at the client’s discretion and decision. Nature Broking acts only on the client’s instructions and does not make recommendations or guarantees as to the financial, environmental, or other performance of any credits or projects. Any information provided by Nature Broking in relation to deal structuring, project selection, or products is for informational purposes only and Nature Broking does not make any recommendation as to the suitability of the products mentioned. The choice of deal structure, projects, or products remains entirely at the discretion of the client. Prices quoted by Nature Broking are indicative only and subject to change unless expressly stated within a contract. Any cost savings, calculations, or projections presented by Nature Broking are provided solely for informational purposes, based on Nature Broking’s own analysis, and shall not be considered legally binding in any way. Any prices quoted and agreed are bilaterally agreed between Nature Broking and the client and are not in reference or derived from any publicly published or exchange traded pricing.  All information and materials provided by Nature Broking are indicative and for informational purposes only and subject to change without notice. Nature Broking is not regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other body for financial or other regulation.
 
Nature Broking’s due diligence framework and outcomes of due diligence are purely a subjective guide for understanding the different attributes of carbon credit and nature restoration, standards, project developers and projects and associated risks and co-benefits.

Any due diligence outcomes or scores provided by Nature Broking are strictly subjective and Nature Broking’s view only. Any due diligence outcomes and scores should not be considered all the information about a project and Nature Broking is not responsible for any inaccurate or misrepresentation of fact as part of due diligence assessments, scores and outcomes. There is no recourse, compensation or basis for litigation if due diligence assessments, outcomes or scores transpire to have been inaccurate or cause any damage to any individual or entity. The due diligence framework and assessments designed by Nature Broking is to be utilised for reference only. Due diligence is only as good and reliable as the information provided to Nature Broking.

Nature Broking provides all information and data "as is" and makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information, estimates, or outcomes provided.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Nature Broking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
