Set in the stunning East Sussex countryside, Beech Estate is a leading light in farming with nature. With an interconnected mosaic of different and rare habitats, the project goes beyond carbon, improving habitats and biodiversity across the site.

Changes in land and woodland management practices have been implemented to increase soil and woodland sequestration potential. Further changes to regenerative agriculture have reduced the carbon emissions from the estate significantly. Predators such as the hobby, buzzard, kestrel, sparrow hawks and barn owls swoop down from the sky to feed on the plethora of different mammals. Wildflower meadows made up of ancient UK native species provide perfect habitats for rare insects and invertebrates including over 34 species of butterfly.
